振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)
用途與特點(diǎn)：
振動(dòng)篩利用振動(dòng)電機(jī)作為振動(dòng)源，物料從給料機(jī)均勻地進(jìn)入篩分機(jī)的進(jìn)料口，使物料在篩網(wǎng)上被拋起，同時(shí)向前作直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，通過(guò)多層篩網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生數(shù)種規(guī)格的篩上物、篩下物、分別從各自的出口排出。具有耗能低、產(chǎn)量高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、易維修等特點(diǎn)，更適合于生產(chǎn)線作業(yè)。振動(dòng)篩亦可對(duì)粉狀、顆粒狀物料的篩選和分級(jí)，廣泛應(yīng)用于肥料、磨料、化工、醫(yī)藥、建材、糧食、炭素等行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)。

Use and Features:
The vibrating screen uses the vibrating motor as the vibration source, the material enters the feeding port evenly from the feeder, so that the material is thrown up on the screen, and moved forward linearly at the same time. Several kinds of sieves and sifter are produced by the multi-layer screen, and are respectively discharged from respective outlets. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance and so on, which is more suitable for production line operation. The vibrating screen can also be used for the screening and grading of powdery and granular materials. It is widely used in the production of fertilizer, abrasive, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials, grain, carbon and other industries.
振動(dòng)篩分機(jī)是我廠為復(fù)合肥料的篩分而設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)的，篩體分為單層和雙層兩種，篩網(wǎng)采用錳鋼，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便。篩網(wǎng)孔徑可根據(jù)用戶要求選定。

動(dòng)力從電機(jī)經(jīng)三角皮帶傳遞至激振器主動(dòng)軸、齒輪振動(dòng)器（速比為1），實(shí)現(xiàn)三根軸同速旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生激振力，激振器與篩箱螺栓聯(lián)接，產(chǎn)生橢圓運(yùn)動(dòng)。物料在篩面上隨篩機(jī)高速橢圓運(yùn)動(dòng)，分層、透篩、向前，以此來(lái)完成物料的分級(jí)。
